Abstract
Human resource training is considered one of the effective approaches that contribute to enhancing productive efficiency since it is a response to external environmental factors and as a result of the world's continuous global changes. With most professional roles tending to rebuild personal demands in accordance with the actual needs of the labor market, "Transformational Training" has become the path that must be followed to keep up with the ever-moving change and development. Objective: This research aims to prepare a program to provide non-specialized graduates with the necessary knowledge and skills for draping techniques on the dress form and to measure its effectiveness. Significance: The significance of the research is proven by its contribution to resolving the societal problem of unemployment and rehabilitating graduates of Colleges and institutes that are not specialised in the fashion sector to find alternative opportunities for them in the labour market. Methodology: The research follows the semi-experimental approach for its suitability to achieve the objectives of the research, as well as the descriptive approach for analysing the skills included in the training program. Results: The study's findings confirmed the research hypotheses and the effectiveness of the training program. (Prepared by the researcher). Recommendations: The author recommends further study into training programs that provide transformational training for graduates from various colleges in order to prepare them to work in the ready-made garments industry, with the goal of simplifying teaching the draping method.
