Abstract
Globalization has become one of the major changes in the course of history; its influences have reached all aspects of human life, as it’s not only economical, commercial, political or technical but ideological and cultural as well. So it is basic necessity to maintain and protect the cultural identity of our heritage into the confrontation of globalization and achieve the advancement of civilization for the future. Features, decorative and colors values in both old Egyptian civilization and Nubian architecture are parts of the Egyptian authentic identity that reflects our heritage components, and it is a distinct through for a sustainable development. Sustainability is not a new concept in the apparel industry, but its goal is to maintain the relationship between the environment and humans during meet his needs. With globalization and the growing fashion wheel rotation in summer and winter, the production of clothing became pumped millions of designs that meet consumer desire and keep pace with fashion without taking responsibility towards the practices underlying the production of garments and conditions of the work environment. The life cycle of wore product from beginning of the textile fiber to ready to ware product rely on a large amount of energy and resources, which has become a major polluter of the environment. The importance of research in educating the designer, the producer and consumer in Egypt the concept of ethical fashion, to increase endurance of responsibility towards the environment and society. Through improving practices underlying the garment production in Egypt to preserve the environment from pollution, and the attention to the ethical and social environment at work, in addition to establishing a culture of sustainability of Egyptian heritage and draw inspiration from him to emphasize the Egyptian identity. Among the most important findings of research is Innovation and produce clothes in Egypt keep up with the latest international fashion trends, in light of some of the ethical fashions tandards, inspired by combination of constructivist shape of women costumes at the ancient Egyptian and Nubian architecture motifs. In order to achieve sustainability of our culture, heritage and the Egyptian identity, and to emphasize the importance of adhering to ethical fashion standards at all garment production stages in Egypt.
