Abstract
The traditional space of the building is still the dominant pattern , which led to the emergence of many problems in the organization and practice of various activities in these spaces, which does not guarantee the achievement of the desired function of buildings, The need to assess the actual reality of the buildings and how it reflects a state of disregard for functional and psychological requirements when making decisions about the design of those buildings  those buildings. As there is an urgent need to build many buildings in order to upgrade these buildings.
Therefore, the research examines the spatial requirements that must be met by the physical structure of the spaces. One of the most important requirements is providing a building that contains a set of spaces and different activities, each of which has behavioral objectives that are performed through user’s interaction with the surrounding environment. If we consider that the physical structure of the space is one of the components of the environment that the user interacts with, this would create many questions about how that structure affects user interaction with the surrounding environment.
The physical environment is one of the basic tools of the user's psychological process, and the studies carried out in this area have embraced the idea of achieving successful user experiences, and the user's achievement of successful experiences is linked to considerations of the physical frameworks of the surrounding environment and the impact of these frameworks on User.
As the building is not just a physical structure in which the user has social life with others, it is also achieves the right psychological growth.
The research is concerned with determining the functional requirements (demand) of buildings and the attached utilities, and how to determine the ability of the buildings and utilities to meet specific requirements and needs. It also describes how to determine the relative importance of each individual demand, determine the threshold limits and assess the difference between what is required and the actual pot.
That is applied to any size or range of buildings or attached utilities for (single site – multiple sites or small building) for each one based on control, ownership or occupying the building.
