The effect of the properties of Artificial Leather used in the production of school bags on the quality of sewing performance

Abstract

يهتم البحث بدراسة تأثير بعض تقنيات الحياكة مثل (نمرة الخيط، نمرة إبرة الحياكة، نوع الحياكة) على كفاءة أداء حياكة الحقائب المدرسية وملحقاتهـا، والتوصل إلى المعايير الصحيحة للوصول إلي منتج ذو جودة عالية.
      اتبع البحث المنهج التجريبي لإجراء التجارب المعملية على خامات الجلود الصناعية (محل الدراسة) المستخدمة في صناعة الحقائب المدرسية لتحديد خواصها الطبيعية والميكانيكية، بالإضافة إلى إجراء مجموعة من الاختبارات على العينات التي تمت حياكتها، لمعرفة أفضل وأنسب أسلوب فني وتقني يستخدم في حياكتهم.
      تكونت عينة البحث من (7) عينات من خامات الجلود الصناعية المستخدمة في إنتاج الحقائب المدرسية.
      توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أنه توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب العوامل محل الدراسة (نمرة الخيط، نمرة إبرة الحياكة، نوع الحياكة) على متانة الحياكة للخامة الثانية الجلد الصناعي (الشتلة المطبوع)، والخامة الثالثة الجلد الصناعي (الكريستال)، والخامة الرابعة الجلد الصناعي (المبرد)، والخامة السادسة الجلد الصناعي (الإكسفورد (الكتان)) وذلك لصالح إبرة (110) ونمرة خيط (40/6) بالنسبة لنوعي الحياكة العادية والمتراكبة. وبذلك تتحقق صحة الفروض الفرعية الثاني، والثـالث، والرابـع، والسادس.
      توصلت نتائج البحث إلى أنه لا توجد فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطي رتب العوامل محل الدراسة (نمرة الخيط، نمرة إبرة الحياكة، نوع الحياكة) على متانة الحياكة للخامة الأولي الجلد الصناعي (الشتلة) والخامة الخامسة الجلد الصناعي (الزبدة الخشن)، والخامة السابعة الجلد الصناعي (المقاوم للماء الوتربروف). وبذلك لم تتحقق صحة الفروض الفرعية الأول والخامس والسابع.
     كما أسفرت نتائج البحث إلى التوصل للمواصفات الصحيحة الواجب توافرها لحياكة الجلود الصناعية المستخدمة في إنتاج الحقائب المدرسية وملحقاتها حيث معرفة أنسب وأفضل خامات الجلود المتمثلة في الجلد الصناعي (الشتلة المطبوع) و(الكريستال) و(المبرد) و(الإكسفورد (الكتان)) وذلك بحياكتهم باستخدام أفضل نمرة لإبر الحياكة وهي نمرة (110) مع أفضل نمرة خيط وهو نمرة (40/6). مما يساهم في إعطاء المواصفات الصحيحة لحياكة الحقيبة ويعمل على متانة خط الحياكة وبالتبعية متانة المنتج النهائي أثناء الاستخدام فيساهم في زيادة العمر الاستهلاكي له
