Abstract
The education’s term was known at nations, civilizations and organizations all over the world. Education has been mentioned as a term or as a word that has significance in civilized societies since ancient times, and was mentioned by a number of thinkers, philosophers, researchers and scholars in the humanities and social sciences in particular. Based on their perceptions, interests, and socialization methods related to their emergent. It was helping them to reconcile with the community and variables environment surrounding them. Furthermore, education helps to achieve a lofty goal related to developing the personality of the individual, and providing him with expertise and knowledge to face life in all its aspects. Education is enabling person to rely on himself in providing work, security and stability reasons as an active member in society. The study in the College of Basic Education in the Department of Interior Design is exclusive as a profession in Kuwait, where the graduates are related to the Ministry of Education as a teacher in Decorate Course for the intermediate level in schools. This research is based on a study of the suitability of the outputs of the Department of Interior Design with the curricula applied by the Ministry of Education in the Decorate Course. Research problem: Lack of compatibility between the outputs of the interior design program and what is applied in the Decorate Course in schools and  lack of practical education student desirability of the Decorate Course curriculum in the Ministry of Education. Research objective: Study the interior design program’s outputs and the data that being applied in the Ministry of Education and seek to develop the curriculum of Decorate course for the sake of teachers and students. Results: The outputs of the interior design department are highly qualified with specialized technical, aesthetic, engineering and applied knowledge. A graduate of the Interior Design Department is able to create an innovative design environment that serves all segments of society. Teaching in intermediate education is limited to the subjects of woodworking and tools only. It became clear that a large percentage of students of practical education course that lead to graduation are not satisfied with subjects taught in the decorate course at the Ministry of Education. The necessity of amending the curriculum of the Decorate course at the Ministry of Education based on the desire of school administrators, heads of departments, and decoration teachers to suit the outcomes of the Interior Design Department at the Faculty of Basic Education. The primary goal of education is to prepare young people scientifically to adapt to the society in which they live. Education, in its moral or ethical concept, focused on providing the individual with behavioral patterns consistent with the prevailing community's custom and beliefs in order to prepare them for good citizenship. Education is the process of preparing, qualifying and developing the individual so that he can develop his performance to the society. Education is a process by which an individual learns facts and skills, develops their abilities, and satisfies his tendencies.
