Abstract
The importance of the current research lies in the possibility of informing the recipient of the role of art and Islamic architecture and its impact on design directly and what is confirmed by the intellectual and cultural references of the contemporary designer and its use of symbols of Islamic art in terms of formal structures or decorative units or Arabic lines and others and its development in contemporary design and achieving environmental and cultural integration and intellectual communication what Between the past and the present. The research deals with the importance of the language of communication in Islamic architecture between the past and the present by merging the past and the present together, thus inviting the artist (designer) to innovate not by merging with his present generation but with a sense of all present and past creativity together in one existence, and merging them into one system given to the future, this Historical sense represents a sense of all that is just a time, as it combines the two together, it is what makes the creator both traditional and at the same time conscious of his place in time and conscious of his modernity. The study of Islamic heritage history gives a spark to creativity and design through studying, analyzing, understanding, interpreting and evoking ideas from the past with ease and setting solutions in the present, and thus history becomes not a clone but a source of inspiration. For the start of the dispute on the topic of heritage and contemporaryity and the repeated attempts to deepen the separation between the two concepts, and to put an end to this existing dispute, we must try to develop narratives and the rules of cultural heritage continuity through an understanding of the content of heritage and environmental design and the rebuilding of contemporary contexts by using modern design techniques with the possibility of using the vocabulary of heritage design ( Al-Islami) and its environmental elements and its development in a sophisticated manner, and this is what interests us in this research. Where it is possible to combine the origins and roots with their values and concepts, and between the present and other technological advances in the methods and materials of finishes and building This portal is to be the outlet to reach the search heritage elements and elevating built in a contemporary in an attempt to use the Islamic Modaha elements are developed to suit the conditions of modern techniques and Nasigha new style interactive heritage integrates the contemporary. To achieve inclusion and inclusion as important features of creativity for contemporary Islamic architecture and contemporary Islamic design, drawing on Islamic history as a conduit for creativity, the correct use is what achieves inclusiveness, provided that the borrowing of these references is holistic and not only partial depending on form but also meaning
