Abstract
Design is one of the most important pillars of product development, so it must be compatible with the purpose for which it was designed for, and more successful designs are compatible with both the functionality and performance aesthetic. Each profession has its own nature which requires the availability of a set of characteristics and specifications in their own uniform, uniform of flight attendants has functional nature, which requires from those who charge of design to take into consideration the nature of the work that require from the flight attendants to perform dynamic diverse and providing various services to help travelers. The main problem of research can be summarized in the following questions: What is the availability of standard specifications to design uniforms for flight attendants? What is the extent uniform for flight attendants approving of functional and aesthetic terms? Research Aims: Identify the availability of standard specifications to design uniforms for flight attendants. Determine the extent of uniforms for flight attendants approve of functional and aesthetic point of view. Determine the design of the uniforms for flight attendants uniform requirements. Research Methodology This research follows a descriptive analytical method for its relevance to the research hypotheses and to answer his questions and achieve its objectives. Results: It has been confirmed that "there is incompatibility in designing uniform for flight attendants with their functionality and aesthetic requirements." The total percentages to estimate the "OK" with the words of the survey (32.7%), "OK to some extent" by (28.7), (not OK) by (37.7), this refers to the inadequacy of the uniform of Hospitality current with the functional requirements for flight attendants. The total percentages to estimate the "OK" with the words of the survey (17.2%), "OK to some extent" by (24.8%), "is OK" by (56.3%). This indicates a decrease in suitability of the design of uniforms hospitality current with the aesthetic requirements for flight attendants .
