Abstract
The coin is considered as a special product because of its size. At the same time, it is used in circulation with different and various, and it is produced in bulk. The area of designing the samples of the coins has produced by the modern improvements. In the time that using the modern technology in order to improve the form, the existence of the designer is seen as a leader who is important to use the advanced potential and mechanism. He also has the ability to determine the better and the best method by using the advanced technology to achieve the criteria of the special coin in a positive way with no negatives, so (the designing and producing the model of the coin) are the subject of the study. Thus, creating the coin has been progressing in three levels in the row; starts by the idea or the design, then to put a model of producing the seal of the coinage. It is seen that the sequential levels will follow each other. If any mistake can be found, it will lead to defects in the seal through the demonstrating process in order to reach the final goal (The Coin). The Problem: The study aims to determine the criteria, rules, and qualities that achieve to design the models of the coins with high quality. Considering the form of design, it must come up with the advanced achievements. This comes to a hand in hand with self-skilled of the designer and his ability to use the helping data such as; computers in the design area and demonstrating the primary samples of the coin. Objective of the Research: Setting the rules and criteria of the design of the coin to name and classify its types (circulation- memorial circulation- reminiscent), Directing and preparing the skills to perceive the traditional methods and digital technology in order to improve the production elements in demonstrating the models of the modern coin, Designing the form of the coin with high technical efficiency to meet the criteria of different types and cultures perception, and to achieve the highest level of forming and formative. Methodology: The descriptive analytical method, Experimental method. The results: Demonstrating the concept of the design depends on the designer’s self-skilled; whether it is a handmade skill or dealing with modern programs to enhance the concept of the design in the light of the special rules of the coin. Creating the design of the coin is based on the slandered principles that lead us to the high professional models. This helps to avoid the defaults and the problems that could be seen in the online demonstration. The modern techniques have a huge rule in the demonstration of the coin, starting by presenting the concept of the design and putting the alternatives. It also needs to estimate the application of the idea as a practical model so that it saves time, effort and material which could be wasted because of some of mistakes or defaults in the model. It is important to mention that it is not enough to use only the modern technique in presenting the ideas and demonstrating the coin. It loses the artificial taste of the designer which attests on the importance of the (handmade skill) of the designer. It is important to mix and merge between the modern and traditional methods in order to reach the highest provincial level of the coin.
