Abstract
Handicrafts are an important part of the history of human existence in the human-specific benefit between their daily requirements in many disciplines, and textile handicrafts represents a notable art forms handmade crafts are important and which has now become one of the most important folk art Distinctive Egyptian with local roots authenticity across thousands of years in the history of Egypt. Kafr Abu Juma is located in Qalyoubia and features production of technical and aesthetic high value carpets and rugs and pendants, and a number of employment of residents in the area are working and working in the craft, it was necessary for us to highlight this area and offer them the development research study The development of society and textile handicraft and to open new markets for local and global products.Problem:To ensure the development of a region (Kafr Abu Juma) and textiles (carpets, rug, pendants) is the basis for progress and uplift of the region and add a civilized ways to suit a developing society can stand beside the cultural progress. On the other hand we see that the State at this point pays great attention to craft and work on development and development and also put the State through small and micro-enterprise program many programs and projects which work to reduce unemployment and increase workforce in youth center. Objectives: Monitoring and analysis of environmental inspired decorative elements and output in the form of contemporary textile products can be marketed locally and globally.  Decorative items are inspired by the environment and take it out in a contemporary form of human aesthetic values are protected by a form of identification on society and the environment.  To develop innovative technical designs in accordance with the environment to show national character and keep it until the specific area (Kafr Abu Juma) from other environments.  Keep the emphasis on Egyptian artistic and cultural identity so they don't melt in the era of globalization that seeks to blur all institutional cultural identities.Methodology: Experimental method. Results: Work on youth training and product development on the craft of weaving leads to real competition in local and global markets. Increase economic growth and economic recovery of the search area as a result of the development of textile products and increase sales. Reduce the unemployment rate and the opening of new employment opportunities for youth people, which brings benefits to society in several aspects - economic - intellectual - cultural - and others.
