Abstract
This research aims to find the interrelationship between the Saudi plastic art and the design on the manikin by identifying the most important influences that formed the thought of the Saudi plastic artist and identify the features of the Saudi plastic art, and analyze and devise the aesthetic values in it, while keeping abreast of modern technology using digital printing. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, in addition to the applied study by analyzing and characterizing the aesthetic values of Saudi plastic art and inspiring them to present twelve proposed design designs that fit the design method on the manikin. The results showed that there were statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the proposed printing designs, according to the opinions of specialists in (aesthetic - functional side), and the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the printing designs. According to the opinions of women in (aesthetic - functional side), in addition to the presence of statistically significant differences at the level of (0.05) between the proposed designs in the design method on the mannequin, according to the opinions of specialists in (aesthetic - functional side), and the existence of differences Statistically significant at the level of significance (0.05) among the proposed designs b Sloop design on the mannequin according to the views of women in the (aesthetic side - functional side) The research concluded with a set of recommendations; the most important of which is: interest in increasing research and scientific messages by studying the relationship between Saudi plastic art and fashion design, especially design on manikin as a new source to enrich the design thought in the field of fashion design with constant knowledge of technical and technological development and the use of modern techniques to give the spirit of modernity to express Achievement of the design in a broader and all technical aspects, as well as the adoption of Saudi plastic art curriculum adopted in specialized colleges in Saudi universities as a national heritage plastic.
In addition to the intensification of courses on linking fashion design with the worlds of other arts in the colleges of clothing, textile and fashion design in Saudi universities, to reach new creative ideas have multiple perspectives and different arts inspired by them
