Abstract

The design of ready-made garments is an important part of the culture of the modern era in its steps, colors and distances from one chapter to the next and from one year to another. It has followed important and extensive steps in an attempt to prove its actual artistic and scientific presence, which is connected with the other human expression techniques reflecting the tendencies, features and taste of the designer as he translates the nature of the person prepared for him and wears it so it is considered expressive means of self. Hence the study topic Pop Art in contemporary ready-made designs: The problem can be summed up by the following question: What is the role of pop art in the designs of contemporary ready-made garments? Hence the importance of the current research, as the research contributes to the possibility of developing the designs of contemporary women's clothing fabrics. The aim of the research was to discover new designs inspired by Pop Art art, which will be used in the designs of contemporary ready-made fabrics, based on the analytical descriptive approach in collecting data and information related to the subject of the research and based on the experimental approach in preparing the proposed models, (3) models and the research tool represented by the analysis form prepared for this purpose and then ratified this tool and its stability, which was presented to the most important experts specialized in the design of fabrics and then analysis of the models analysis based on the form that was designed to achieve the purpose research The study concluded the need to adopt the The design of the art of the art of pop art is characterized by the geometric style and the realistic style of the two dominant styles as one of the technical treatments to preserve the features and characteristics of the design vocabulary within the framework of formal and objective unity, which is known to show the aesthetic dimension of the work of art. And that the focus of designs should be on the morphological formality of the human and natural vocabulary (Adamic) with the attached engineering unit and their preference to represent the real dimension of the design idea, due to the capacity of the field and the rich engineering resources that formed a complex field and to simplify the design configuration. Perhaps one of the most important foundations of the study is the need to be proportionate basis of artistic taste obtained from the product design, which is one of the most important foundations to fit each part of the design with the other parts and its relationship with all in terms of subject and dimensions,
