تقنين مفهوم التصميم الصناعى Industrial Design

أثار مصطلح Industrial Design Engineering  الذي اطلقته جامعة ديلفت التكنولوجية في دولة هولندا عام 1986 على إحدى كلياتها جدلا كبيرا عند ترجمة ذلك المسمى الى اللغة العربية على أنه " هندسة التصميم الصناعي". فجاءت الترجمة مضللة misleading.. على ذلك كان من الضروري جبر هذا الخطأ اللغوى حيث لا يمكن ادخال التصميم الصناعي Industrial Design كنشاط إنساني لإبداع الأشياء Objects بهدف رفع جودة حياة الأنسانية، تحت عباءة  العلوم الطبيعية Natural Science . لطبيعة البحث الفلسفية قامت منهجيتة على التأمل العقلى والإستدلال المنطقى، حيث تم تدارس فرعى المعرفة البشرية  العلوم الأنسانية Human Science  مقابل العلوم الطبيعية  Natural Science. ليتبين الى أى منهما ينتمى فرع معرفة التصميم الصناعي. كما تناول البحث مناقشة القضية الأساسية للبحث الخاصة بتقنين مفهوم "التصميم الصناعي" بشكل موضوعي بموائمة بعض خصائصه لإستيعاب الظروف والملابسات الجديدة التي تسبب فيها الارتباك الناتج عن استخدام مصطلح "هندسة التصميم الصناعى Industrial Design Engineering" بصفته القول الشارح لمفهوم  التصميم الصناعي  Industrial Design . في ضوء مناقشة قضية البحث تم تقديم مجموعة من الأدلة على إثبات أن التصميم الصناعي Industrial Design كنشاط إنساني إبداعى يدخل تحت عباءة العلوم الطبيعية  Human Science

عام 1983 الكتاب الوثائقى الذى نشره مجلس التصميم في المملكة المتحدة تحت عنوان: Industrial Design in engineering a marriage of techniques
عام 1986 تأسيس كلية لهندسة التصميم الصناعى Industrial Design Engineering في جامعة ديلفت التكنولوجية بهولندا تضم برنامجا للتصميم الصناعى Industrial Design الى جانب برنامج للهندسة المعمارية Engineering Architecture
عام 2020 تدشين مشروع كابستون Capstone العالمي للدعم المهني للتصميم الصناعي والهندسة
عام 2021 تعريف المنظمة العالمية للتصميم (World Design Organization (WDO.

وعلى ذلك جاءت نتيجة البحث عى النحو التالي: التعريف المتجدد لمفهوم  التصميم الصناعى Industrial Design  كفرع معرفة مستقل بذاته تحت لواء العلوم الأنسانية Human Science  هو   التصميم الصناعي Industrial Design .
