Abstract
The human need for health services is considered one of the basic needs that must be concerned, and paying attention to health aspects is one of the priorities of societies and a measure of their progress and advancement. The government of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia has paid attention to the health sector for all members of Saudi people, as the public health of the citizen is the greatest thing that society possesses and a wealth that must be preserved. Especially the health of patients from the aspect of clothing, From the perspective of the World Health Organization, it is a multidimensional concept that contains the dimensions (physical, psychological, social), The research aimed to design clothes that are suitable for hospitalized open-heart surgery patients, Treating the fabric of protective clothing for open-heart surgery patients against bacteria, Measuring the rate of specialists and consumers agreement for the proposed designs, and implementing one of the proposed designs for textile-treated protective clothing against bacteria for hospitalized open-heart surgery patients which obtained the highest results by the two research samples. The research followed the descriptive analytical approach, with the applied study, in order to suit it to achieve the objectives of the research. The results showed that the fifth design was ranked first by the two research samples.
