Abstract
When we look at the works of the Renaissance artists, their accuracy and skill in drawing, showing details, choosing color grades, and mastering the third dimension and depth through technique.
At that time, we wonder how these masterful works were created. Hence the research behind this technique to know the stages that the artwork goes through to reach this elaborate form and to know the layers through which the work goes through until it reaches this stage. Statement of the Problem: To what extent is it possible to reproduce some of the works of Renaissance artists using the original technique that they were using in their era more than 400 years ago. Objective: Access to the technique that was used by some of the artists of the Renaissance and the artist Van Dyck in the creation of their artworks and identifying all its stages in detail.
Significance; The importance of the research lies in the study of technology in detail to link between the past and the present in the definition of the contemporary artist of how to use this technique in order to benefit from it in a contemporary way.  methodology research:   the descriptive, analytical and empirical approaches by tracing the stages of production of artwork, applying and experimenting with its production and reproduction, and this enriches the composition by updating technology.
Results: Access and the ability to apply this technology and reproduce some of the works of great artists or create new works with the same technology
