المنازل الثانية ومنازل العطلات هي عامل رئيسي للترفيه والسياحة في التصميم الداخلي

ان مجال السفر والترفيه ، کنشاط اقتصادي واجتماعي ، يؤثر على نوعية حياة سکان العديد وأن السياحة هي نشاط واسع الانتشار ومؤثر عالميًا. الآن أن السياحة أصبحت قوة اقتصادية واجتماعية مهمة للمجتمع المعاصر ، فهي جزء من حياتنا أکثر من أي وقت مضى. ان امتلاک المنزل الاساسى هو نشاط سريع النمو وقد أصبح أمرًا بالغ الأهمية إنه ظاهرة عصرنا. أما تجربة المنزل الثانى من خلال الاهتمام بالحياة اليومية والحياة السياحية وکيف يمکن أن تتداخل وتؤثر على بعضها البعض. البيت الثاني هو مساحة العمل الإبداعية. لهذا السبب تم بناء بيئة المنزل الثانى لتحفيز الابتکار. المنزل الثانى هو المکان الذي تلتقي فيه الطبيعة بالتصميم والرفاهية والراحة والاسترخاء. فالجزء الأول من البحث يفحص مفهوم المنزل وفراغ المنزل والفرق بين المنزل الاساسى والمنزل الثانى. والجزء الثاني من البحث مراجعة شاملة بالعطلات أو المنازل الثانية وأنواعها وأنواع المواضيع المختلفة فى منازل العطلات وکذلک الانشطة التى تتم بها ودراسة وظائف المنزل الثانى. واخيرا، تم دراسة التصميم الداخلى لمنازل العطلات وتاثير الاساليب الريفية والساحلية وغيرها المرتبطة بالطبيعة على حيوية تصميم منزل العطلات. واخيرا، استنتج البحث ان التخطيط الجيد للمنازل الثانية والعطلات يساهم فى زيادة الاهتمام بها للفرد وتشجيع السفر اليها وبالتالى تشجيع السياحة کعناصر جذب، وأيضا تأثيره على الترفيه للفرد خلال التصميم الداخلى.
