Abstract
Between sportswear, mediators and the innovative daily brand through its applications (lactic acid concentration after warm-up / degree of body soup after warm-up / after warm-up PH modified) and the goal of the research is to create a sports suit that helps athletes to warm up quickly while maintaining physical fitness before starting the desired sporting activity ( The research is divided into the first axis, the problem, objectives, and assumptions of the research and methodology used in the previous research and studies related to the research and the second axis related to sportswear and the classification of functional smart fabrics, the third axis, the initial steps for applying the study sample specified in the research, which presents an analysis of the materials used, the special means for data collection , As well as an explanation of the thermal electronic circuit used in the research sample and an illustration of the form of the executed electronic sportswear design, as well as an illustration of specific exercises for traditional and innovative electronic clothes.   that is innovative.  Importance of research: - Creating sportswear that works with a thermal insulation system, which helps boxers to train, prepare and physiological before the match - Minimizing the player's energy consumption before the match. Methodology: The two researchers used the descriptive and analytical method. Main Findings: According to the research objectives and hypotheses, the following results were reached: Lactic acid concentration decreases after warming up with innovative warm-up clothes. - Increased muscle elasticity after wearing the innovative warm-up clothes. - Innovative warm-up clothes have thermal insulation compared to traditional warm-up clothes.
