Abstract
This research addresses preparing a training program for the “Decent Life” initiative launched by President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi on January 2, 2019.It is the national initiative which aims at providing a decent life with the aim to improve the quality of life for societal groups are not working in the governmental jobs, and provide employment opportunities in the small and medium projects in villages and different regions through training and operation through the micro-projects. Problem: is formulated in the following questions: 1- What are the scientific bases upon which the training program for handmade leather goods (women’s handbags) is based? 2- What is the effect of the training program on raising the level of the trainees in implementing the practical training (the manual techniques)? 3- What is the effect of the training program on raising the level of trainees in implementing women's handbags? 4- What are the opinions of the trainees about the training program for the handmade  leather goods (women's handbags)? Significance: 1- Contribution to achieving cooperation between the state institutions and Helwan University to implement  training programs to assist non-working families in the state jobs and develop their productive capacities. 2- The research meets the state’s attitude regarding the social development to qualify the trainees to work in the field of handmade leather goods in accordance with a modern scientific approach. 3- This research may contribute to raising the level of trainees who have been qualified to establish micro-projects based on modern , scientific and specialized methodology. 4- Contribution to building and developing trainees to develop their practical skills and achieve the proper professional empowerment for the labor market. Objectives: 1- Preparation of  the training program for the handmade leather goods (women's handbags) in accordance with the modern scientific bases. 2- Study of the effect of the training program on raising the level of the trainees in implementing the practical training (manual techniques). 3- Study of the effect of the training program on raising the level of  the trainees in implementing women's handbags. 4- Survey of  the trainees' opinions about the training program for the handmade leather goods (women’s handbags).
