Abstract
The objective of the current research is to measure the impact of a training program for graduates of the Clothing and Textile Department to qualify them to work in the Integrated Technology Education Clusterin Abu Ghaleb on the skills of manufacturing a T-shirt and men's jalbab, and to achieve this objective, training needs were identified with knowledge and skills to qualify the trainees to work, and accordingly a training program was prepared and applied On a sample of (6) graduates female from the Clothing and Textile Department, after the completion of the program, a questionnaire was applied to measure the benefit achieved by the program on the research sample, and to measure the impact of the training program in the work environment by the heads of the Integrated Technology Education Cluster in Abu-Ghaleb (4), The research followed the semi-experimental Method to suit it to achieve the objectives of the research and verify its hypotheses. By statistically treating the results, the results were obtained, which showed that the proposed training program had an effect in raising the level of the trainees to manufacture the T-shirt and men's jalbab in the work environment. By statistically the results significant difference for both the cognitive achievement tests and the skill performance in favor of the post application, which confirms the effectiveness of the program the training in achieving the objectives, and the opinions of the trainees are positive towards the training program. Among the recommendations of the research is the expansion of programs to improve the skills of graduates of the clothes and textile department in the field of garment manufacturing, which proceeds from monitoring the actual needs of them and state institutions.
