Abstract
Promoting and respecting the rights of the child will remain our hope, which necessitates the necessity of working to establish mechanisms that are concerned with making them real on the ground, not only from a legal theoretical point but also from the real-world point of view, which are renewable and evolving rights with the advancement of time, and by changing human needs, they are considered Late childhood stage is an important stage in a child’s life, but it is almost forgotten due to the increased interest in its predecessor and its subsequent stages of development, although it is one of the most appropriate stages of development for the process of social normalization, And the child may be affected at this stage by some neurological symptoms that may lead him to a feeling of fear, psychological insecurity, and excessive anxiety, which affects his mental and social development and on parents the satisfaction of his psychological needs such as love, security, acceptance and affiliation, which lead to the stability of the child from a psychological and emotional point of view. Objectives: The research aims mainly to determine the relationship between Maternal awareness of the rights of the child in light of the United Nations Convention with its three axes (maternal awareness of children's rights - the maternal tendency towards children's rights - the treatment of mothers for their children) and the psychological security of the child in its three dimensions (emotional security - social security - economic security). Methodology: the current research , follows the descriptive and analytical approach.Results 1- Results in light of the first hypothesis: There is a positive correlation relationship with statistically significant between (the mothers' tendency towards the rights of the child, the treatment of mothers for their children, and the mothers ’overall awareness of the rights of the child) and the psychological security of the child in its three dimensions, while there is no statistically significant relationship between maternal awareness Children's rights and emotional security. 2- in light of the second hypothesis: There is a positive correlation statistically significant between (the mother’s age) and the maternal trend towards children's rights as well as the total maternal awareness of children's rights and between (the number of children) and the maternal tendency towards child rights and the treatment of mothers for their children as well as the total maternal awareness In the rights of the child. 3- in light of the 3rd hypothesis: There are no statistically significant differences between working and non-working mothers in each of (maternal awareness of children's rights with its axes and social security), there are differences between children of working and non-working mothers in both (emotional security, economic security Total child psychological security). 4- in light of the 4th hypothesis: There are statistically significant differences between rural and urban mothers in mothers' awareness of children's rights in its tracks, there are statistically significant differences between rural and urban children in the psychological security of the child in its dimensions. 5- in light of the 5th hypothesis; there are no statistically significant differences between the male and female research sample in the psychological security of the child with its dimensions. 6- in light of the sixth hypothesis: There is a statistically significant difference between (emotional security, social security, economic security, total psychological security of the child) depending on the level of mothers' awareness of children's rights, the degree of maternal awareness of children's rights affects a small degree of emotional security, the degree Maternal awareness of children's rights has a moderate degree of influence on economic security, the degree of mothers' awareness of children's rights greatly affects social and overall psychological security of the child.
