Abstract
Fashion has entered the general trend of preserving the environment, starting with the use of environmentally friendly fabrics and dyes to recycled materials. The new economic context tends to encourage the trend to go green in industries. The term “green” fashion has spread, which is a different factor that attracts many consumers Those interested in the environment in the fashion sector. The research problem is determined in the following questions: Can green fashion be used in making designs in which evening clothes can be recycled?Is it possible to employ green fashion in creating decorative designs that meet the needs of modern women? - Does using green fashion in recycling evening wear achieve the aesthetic and functional aspect of the design?The research aims to: the use of green fashion in the recycling of evening wear in a way that achieves the elements and principles of costume design - natural decorative designs used to achieve the aesthetic and functional aspect of the design - the employment of green fashion in recycling evening wear in a renewed manner that corresponds to fashion and meets women's requirements in renewal and excellence - rationalization Clothing consumption of evening wear in order to obtain renewed evening wear by employing green fashion.In order to achieve the goals of the research, live natural elements were used in the recycling of evening wear, through 11 designs and arbitration of designs by specialists in the field of clothing and fabric and analysis of the results reached. The study reached the success of the designs implemented from employing green fashion in recycling evening wear, The presence of statistically significant differences at the level (0.05) between the average of the arbitrators' assessments of designs before and after rotation in the axes of the questionnaire card that include the achievement of the elements and the foundations of the design of the uniform and the achievement of the elements and the foundations of the design of the decorative unit.- and the achievement of the aesthetic and functional aspect of the design - in favor of the post application. The research recommends that many studies be undertaken in employing green fashion in the design and production of clothing.
