Abstract
The research deals with a dangerous phenomenon on our society and has become something like a nightmare specifically for car owners, so the phenomenon of car theft has turned into a means of bringing a livelihood to some specialists from private gangs under the spread of security chaos. Despite the methods used to prevent theft of cars using GPS tracking devices, the owner of the vehicle can see the movement of the vehicle, moment by moment at any time and anywhere in the world. As well as communications devices that operate GSM, GPRS system to hear what is happening around the car and inside it during the attempted theft. The research also interested in the methods that were invented locally by the owners of cars resulting from people’s practices believing that they protect their cars from theft. The researcher was able to design an innovative method to prevent the car from moving from its place and implement a new method using a metal frame as a simulation of the idea. The research problem lies in the fact that the car theft phenomenon has become interesting and that it has worsened greatly, as this phenomenon has become an obsession for car owners despite the development of electronic and technological means to prevent theft of cars. Also, the importance of the research becomes clear in the case of implementing the proposed method for designing cars and producing cars in such a way that this will work to reduce the phenomenon of car theft. The research also aims to fight car theft by creating new methods and designing a car that works to install the car in the ground and raise it also to make it stable, which leads To not think about stealing it while it is in such a situation. As a result of the research, the researcher was able to conduct the experiment in front of a number of car owners as a survey of their opinion and their judgment on the new method, proving to them that this road will be effective in preventing theft as they asserted that it is a method that achieves more benefit besides theft and ease of maintenance . The researcher recommends implementing the new design to prevent car theft, and the researcher recommends continuing to combat car theft in all ways in addition to the new method. The research follows to achieve this experimental approach.
