المستخلص

تتمتع اليمن بموقع استراتيجي مهم، وهو نقطة التقاء بين البحر الأحمر وخليج عدن، وهنا محافظة الحُدَيْدَة تلعب دوراً محورياً في مستقبل البلاد من الناحية الاقتصادية والسياسية؛ لأنها تشجع الاستثمارات الأجنبية والوطنية لعرض منتجاتهم بأسعار تنافسية تجذب العملاء محلياً ودولياً، ومع ذلك لا يظهروجود أسواق حرة معتمدة، ويوجد تصاميم وأشكال الأسواق الحرة بصورة تقليدية خالية من الإبداع، وهنا يجب تفعيل الموقع الاستراتيجي للأسواق الحرة بتقنيات حديثة وتصاميم مبتكرة؛ لتحقيق الاستفادة القصوى من الموارد والإمكانيات المتاحة لتصبح ذات دور هام في الخريطة المحلية والدولية.
قد تبرز المشكلة البحثية في التساؤلات الآتية:
- هل هناك علاقة مباشرة بين المشهد الاقتصادي والسياسي وتطوير الأسواق الحرة من خلال الموقع الاستراتيجي للمحافظة؟
- هل التصميم الداخلي له دور في رفع كفاءة الأسواق الحرة؟
- هل هناك علاقة عكسية بين تطوير الأسواق الحرة وازدهار المعمار للمحافظة؟ ومامدى تحقيق التوافق بينهما؟
ومن هذا المنطلق يهدف البحث لفهم وتحليل العوامل المؤثرة في تشكيل هوية المكان والدمج الصحيح لقوى الجذب؛ لتحقيق الانتعاش الاقتصادي والسياسي للمحافظة.
