" فاعلية برنامج تدريبي في مجال تصميم المصنوعات الجلدية باستخدام البرامج ثلاثية الأبعاد

يهدف البحث إلى بناء برنامج تدريبي لتنمية مهارات تصميم المصنوعات الجلدية باستخدام البرامج ثلاثية الأبعاد (برنامج الراينو (Rhinoceros 7)) لدي المتدربين ومدى قدرته على اكتساب المعارف والمهارات التي تؤهلهم للعمل في مجال تصميم المصنوعات الجلدية وتلبي متطلبات سوق العمل وفقا ‏للخطوات المنهجية السليمة، اتبع البحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي في تحديد الاحتياجات التدريبية لبناء البرنامج التدريبي المقترح محل الدراسة، والمنهج شبه التجريبي باستخدام تصميم المجموعة التجريبية الواحدة بهدف التعرف على مدى تأثير المتغير المستقل (البرنامج التدريبي المقترح) على المتغير التابع (التحصيل المعرفي، الآداء المهاري، آراء المتدربين). وتكونت عينة البحث من عدد (31 متدرب) من بعض طلاب قسم الصناعات الجلدية - كلية الاقتصاد المنزلي - جامعة حلوان، واستغرقت مدة التطبيق (10) أسابيع خلال الفصل الدراسي الثاني للعام الجامعي (2023 / 2024). وقامت الباحثتان بتصميم وإعداد البرنامج التدريبي المقترح وفقًا لنموذج (ADDIE) للتصميم التعليمي بداية من تحديد خصائص المتدربين والاحتياجات التدريبية لهم وتحليلها وتحديد مصادر وإمكانات التدريب، ثم تحديد أهداف البرنامج التدريبي وفقًا لنتائج تحليل الاحتياجات التدريبية، ثم تصميم المحتوى وفقًا للأهداف التدريبية، كما تم عرض البرنامج التدريبي المقترح  على عدد (10) من الأساتذة المحكمين ولقد اجمع الأساتذة المحكمين على صلاحية البرنامج التدريبي للتطبيق، وتوصل البحث إلى ان البرنامج التدريبي نجح في تحقيق أهدافه، حيث أظهرت النتائج ارتفاع ‏مستوى التحصيل المعرفي والأداء المهارى للمتدربين بعد التدريب من خلال البرنامج التدريبي مما ‏يؤكد على فاعليته، بالإضافة إلى تكوين آراء إيجابية للمتدربين نحو البرنامج التدريبي المقترح.
وتوصى الباحثتان ضرورة تضمين برامج التصميم ثلاثية الأبعاد ضمن تدريس مقررات الحاسب الآلي المتخصص لمواكبة تطورات سوق العمل، وإعداد دورات تدريبية للقائمين بتدريس مقررات التصميم بواسطة الحاسب الالي لتدريبهم على مهارات تصميم المصنوعات الجلدية باستخدام البرامج ثلاثية الأبعاد (برنامج الراينو Rhinoceros 7) لتحسين العملية التعليمية، بالإضافة إلى تعميم البرنامج التدريبي في هذا البحث على طلاب الكليات المتخصصة والمناظرة.
