دراسة أداء الستائر الخارجية ذات التركيب الاطلسي بإستخدام خامات مستدامة مختلفة

المستخلص

يلعب نوع الخامات المُستخدمة في إنتاج الأقمشة وخواصها دورا رئيسيا في التحكم في نوع وجودة المنتج طبقا لخواص للأداء الوظيفي المطلوبه للمتطلبات الوظيفية التي تلبي متطلبات العميل , ويتجة انظار المجتمع الصناعي الآن إستخدام خامات صديقة للبيئة ومستدامة والتى تعني المواد الخام المستخدمة في عمليات الإنتاج بطريقة تحفظ البيئة والمجتمع وتقلل من التأثير السلبي ، بالاضافة إلى تحقيق التوازن بين احتياجات الإنسان الحالية واحتياجات الأجيال القادمة لضمان استدامة المواد الخام. وعليه يهدف هذا البحث الى استخدام بعض المواد الخام الحديثة ذات خواص طبيعية وميكانيكية تجعلها تتفوق على مثيلتها من الألياف النباتية المعتادة لتصنيع أقمشة الستائر الخارجية للمقاومة والحماية من الأشعة فوق البنفسيجية ومقارنتها بمثيلاتها المنتجة من الالياف الصناعية, وقد اعتمد البحث علي إنتاج خمس عينات منسوجه باسلوب المزدوج بتركيب بنائي اطلس 4 وباستخدام خمس خامات نسجية مختلفة للحمات (القطن، البامبو، التنسيل، الميكرومودال، والبوليستر)، وتم تقييم الخواص الميكانيكية والادائية وخواص المقاومة للاشعة فوق البنفسجية للعينات المنتجة لتحديد كفاءتها من حيث الاداء الوظيفي لها.
