إن دمج تجربة المستخدم User Experience UX) ) مع التصميم المرتكز على الإنسان  (Human-Centered Design HCD) يقوده الحاجة إلى التقنيات والأساليب التصميمية التي تعطي الأولوية للتصميم للبشر. وتهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تبين امكانية دمج تجربة المستخدم (UX) مع التصميم المرتكز على الإنسان  (HCD) لتحسين قدرة المصمم على تصميم المنتج. الأهداف: تشمل؛ 1- التحقق من الجوانب التنظيمية والفنية التي تمكن أو تمنع دمج مبادئ وممارسات تجربة المستخدم في عملية تصميم المنتج وكذلك أهمية الجوانب التنظيمية لهذا التكامل، بما في ذلك الاعتبارات المؤثرة وعوامل النجاح والتحديات وما قد يقاوم دمج تجربة المستخدم. 2- استكشاف دور الثقافة ونمط عمل المصمم او استراتيجيته في دمج تجربة المستخدم، مع تسليط الضوء على الطبيعة الديناميكية للتحديات وعوامل النجاح بمرور الوقت. 3- تحديد ممارسات دمج تجربة المستخدم التي يجب على المصممين القيام بها لزيادة احتمالية تحقيق تكامل تجربة المستخدم في تصميماتهم. تشمل هذه الممارسات مجموعة متنوعة من الأنشطة، التي تركز بشكل خاص على الجوانب التنظيمية لدمج تجربة المستخدم. المنهجية: تستخدم الدراسة منهج الاستدلال الاستنتاجي Deductive Reasoning ، باستكشاف تجربة المستخدم والتصميم المرتكز على الإنسان نظريًا وتقديم أدلة واضحة، وذلك للتطويرمنهج تصميمى متماسك يجمع بين مزاياهما في تصميم المنتج. النتائج: تؤكد الدراسة على أهمية دمج تجربة المستخدم  مع التصميم المرتكز على الإنسان في تصميم المنتج. وتسلط الضوء على الطبيعة الديناميكية للتحديات وعوامل النجاح، والطبيعة التكرارية للتصميم المرتكز على الإنسان، والتي تنطوي على توليد الأفكار والنماذج الأولية وردود افعال المستخدم واستجاباته. تعتبر تجربة المستخدم أمرًا بالغ الأهمية لنجاح المنتج، حيث تشمل تصميم وإجمالي المنتج أو الجهاز أو النظام. ومع ذلك، فإن نماذج التصميم المرتكز على الإنسان  الحالية لا تستفيد منها بالكامل لتعقيدها. وتتضمن عمليات التصميم المرتكز على المدخلات الإنسانية وردود افعال المستخدم واختبار وتقييم المنتج. وتساعد مفاهيم التصميم المرتكز على الإنسان في تسهيل تنفيذ اشراك المستخدم ودمج تجربة المنتج العاطفية مع جوانب قابلية الاستخدام من أجل تصميم ناجح.
