تأثير استخدام الخامات السليلوزية المختلفة على الخواص الوظيفية لأقمشة ملاءات الأسرة

المستخلص

تزايد الطلب في الآونة الأخيرة على استخدام ألياف نباتية تجمع بين خواص الراحة وكذلك الأداء الوظيفي أثناء الاستخدام، ومن أهم تلك الألياف الألياف النباتية الحديثة، ألياف البامبو، التنسيل، والمودال، حيث تتميز هذه الألياف بقدرتها العالية على توفير الإحساس بالراحة الفسيولوجية، بالإضافة الي تميزها في خواص الأداء الوظيفي عن الألياف التقليدية مثل القطن.
ونظراً لما تتميز به هذه الألياف الحديثة من خواص طبيعية وميكانيكية تجعلها تتفوق على مثيلتها من الألياف النباتية التقليدية، اتجه البحث إلى الاستفادة من تلك الخامات وتوظيفها في إنتاج أقمشة ملاءات الأسرة، وذلك نظرا لما تحتاجه تلك الأقمشة من توافر خواص الراحة الفسيولوجية مع الاحتفاظ بخواص الأداء الوظيفي الطبيعية والميكانيكية.
وقد اعتمد البحث على إنتاج 8 عينات بأربع خامات نسجية للحمات (القطن، البامبو، التنسيل والميكرومودال)، وباستخدام تركيبين نسجيين (سادة 1/1، اطلس 5)، وقد تم إجراء اختبارات معملية علي هذه العينات ومقارنتها بالقطن لتوضيح مدي التغير في استخدام لحمات من الألياف النباتية الحديثة علي الأداء الوظيفي لأقمشة ملاءات الأسرة.
