دور المؤسسات الأکاديمية في تنمية الفنون التراثية

المستخلص

تعکس الحرف والفنون التراثية في أي مجتمع درجة تطوره ونموه ، وتاريخ الحرف والفنون التراثية لأي شعب هو جزء من التاريخ الاجتماعي والثقافي لذلک الشعب ففيها تمتزج الوظيفة النفعية بالوظيفة الدينية، والعادات والتقاليد والقيم المتوارثة، ومن خلالها يمکن الاستدلال على هوية هذا الشعب وموروثة الثقافي والحضاري وذوقه الجمالي، و يحظى قطاع الحرف الشعبية باهتمام واسع في معظـم دول العالم، وتتزايد الجهود المبذولة على المستويات الوطنية والإقليميـة والدوليـة لتأکيـد الأهمية الاجتماعية والثقافية للحرف والفنون التراثية والصناعات اليدوية  کجزء من التراث الوطني ، ولا ينحصر الاهتمام على الجوانب الثقافية والاجتماعية بل يشمل الجوانب الاقتصادية وذلک لأهمية الاستفادة من الإمکانيات المتاحة سواء کانت تلک الإمکانيات تتعلـق بـالموارد البشرية التي لديها مهارات متميزة في الأنشطة الحرفية أو تتعلق بزيادة الاستفادة مـن الخامات الأولية المتوفرة في البيئة المحلية، أو غير ذلک من الإمکانات المتاحـة لـدى بعض الجهات ذات العلاقة والتي يمکن الاستفادة منها في تنمية قطاع الحرف والفنون التراثية ، وترکـز بعـض الدول على تنمية هذا القطاع ، وذلک لأهمية منتجاته في جـذب السياح وزيادة أعدادهم، ومن أخطر ما يواجه الحرف اليدوية والفنون التراثية اليوم هو البعد بها عن أصولها نتيجة للتأثر بالفنون الوافدة علينا من خارج محيطنا الثقافي ، والزحـف الـصناعي والتکنولـوجي الرهيب الذي نشهده اليوم ، و يرى البعض أن الحرف اليدوية مهددة بالانقراض ، نظرا لدقة تصنيعها وضآلة مردودها، غير أن الدعوة للعودة إلى الأصل لا تعني بالضرورة إتباع التقاليد القديمة دون الابتکار والإبداع، بل هي للمحافظة على الأصـالة مع الاستفادة بقدر کاف مما تقدمه لنا التقنيات الحديثة، وما لاشک فيه أن للمؤسسات الأکاديمية دوراً کبيراً وعظيماً في إحيـاء وتأصـيل التراث والحرف الشعبية في نفوس وعقول النشء فهي القادرة على القيام بهذا الدور ، و يمکن من خلالها نقل وعرض الکثير مـن الحـرف والموروثـات الشعبية والمحافظة عليها من الاندثار ،  وتبرز أهمية مشارکة المؤسسات الأکاديمية في وضع حلول علمية وعملية للمشکلات المتعلقة بتطوير تلک الحرف والفنون التراثية  لمواجهة مشکلة الزيادة المستمرة والمطردة في کميات ونوعيات المنتجات والسلع الحرفية الواردة من الخارج ، مما يمثل الاستغلال الأمثل للموارد البشرية و البيئية المؤلفة لتلک الحرف والذي يعد نقطة مؤثرة في دعم صناعة السياحة ، ويمثِّل ذلک طبيعة مشکلة الدراسة التي يجب بحثها ومعالجتها من خلال تقديم الدراسات العلمية ووضع تصور مقترح لتنمية الحرف والفنون التراثية بالاستفادة من الموارد المتوفرة وإضافة منتجات بيئية مطلوبة يمکنها المنافسة محليا وعالميا ، إضافة إلى تطوير القدرات الابتکارية و تأهيل الشباب للعمل في مجالات تنافسية تتيح توفير فرص عمل وإطلاق طاقات الإبداع لدي صغار المنتجين .
